Summary  : 
The jurisdiction rules of the Lugano Convention do not apply to a claim brought before the courts of a Contracting State where the two parties have their domicile in the territory of that State.
Where, under Article 52 of the Convention, a party has a domicile in the Contracting State of the court seised and also has a domicile in another Contracting State, the first has priority.
