I am trying to find which Official Journals for the Member States of the European Union are available on the internet/www. I also need to know the dates available and whether the full text is available free of charge.

Could you tell me whether the Bundesgesetzblatt is available free of charge on the internet/www and the dates available? Thanks in advance

Dear Ms. B.

The german "Bundesgesetzblatt" is available free of charge at http://www.bgbl.de from the very beginning 1949 up to now as faksimile. It only requires a registration. You will need a plugin for your browser to view it.

There is also a version published by the "Bundesanzeiger-Verlag" at http://www.bundesanzeiger.de/bgbl1.htm It offers an abonnents-version with full-text-search with cost and a read-only-version in pdf-format. Dokuments are avialable since 1997.

The "Systematik des Bundesrechts" and full-texts of the "Bundesgesetzblatt" part I an II 1996 an 1997 are available cost-free at http://www.jura.uni-sb.de/BGBl/

Sincerely yours

Iris Speiser

Thanks

Carol B.
